Add Floors

Add floors to an end user's building on PlaceOS ONE.

1. Navigate to Instance Manager on the Portal.

2. Identify the PlaceOS ONE instance that contains the end user you would like to add floors to.

3. Select the target end user.

4. Click on Floors & Features

5. Select a building from the drop down.

If you do not have any buildings listed, you will need to add a building before you can add floors.

6. Click on Edit Floors

7. Click on Add

8. Type a name for the floor.

You can optionally enter a floor capacity if you are using analytics or capacity management.

9. Click on Done
