DNS Configuration

By default, the end user will receive a subdomain off your configured partner PlaceOS ONE Domain.

When you create a new end user, you will need to create a DNS CNAME Record in your DNS for the new subdomain.

Custom Domains

Where you would like the end user to have a custom domian i.e. workplace.company.com you will need to request they create DNS Records with the PlaceOS ONE Instance IP Address.

You will find your PlaceOS ONE Instance Public IP Address in the Instance Manager.
